Raven Consulting is hiring ( junior and senior) business analyst in the following banking domain:

Who are we looking for:

The main responsibilities of the business analyst are:

Analyse and describe requirements for new/modified systems or processes.
Describe, analyse, design and review new/modified systems or processes
Align the content of changes with relevant stakeholders.
Support test activities - Get the new and/or adjusted systems or processes implemented
Monitor the behaviour of new functionalities
Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Identifies, assesses, and documents business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline strongly preferred.
Three years of prior experience in lending, operations or originations. Specific knowledge of the policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to servicing, operations or originations is preferred.
Exposure to and ability to learn basic database concepts and ad-hoc data query basics
Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze detailed business requirements, raise questions and seek resolution to outstanding clarifications required.
Must demonstrate strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and handle multiple task
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proven ability to communicate technical information is at a business level.
Role may involve a working knowledge of database management (SQL) and reporting tools (business objects etc.)
